The discovery of a new artist is sometimes similar to discovering new sensations. After having recently discovered Robert Glasper, I’m glad that I’m not blasé as I always thought I was. Talk about sublime, effortless, jazzy, iridescent and the epitome of talent. People, I’m gushing and I make a constant effort not to. Glasper’s Double Booked is the sort of album that you should be ashamed of not owning!
