We called it yesterday and it’s been confirmed, Dr. Conrad Murray is facing charges of manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. According to a search warrant filed yesterday, authorities are seeking
property or items constituting evidence of the offense of manslaughter that tend to show that Dr. Conrad Murray committed the said criminal offense.
It doesn’t help Murray’s case that his employees were seen transporting boxes of files yesterday shortly before the warrant was issued. Wednesday’s raid of his office yielded 27 tablets of phentermine (a controlled weight loss and appetite suppressant drug), one tablet of clonazepam (a muscle relaxant) , two computer hard drives, e-mails and a controlled substance registration. Any correspondence that Murray had with Michael Jackson is of particular importance in determining Murray’s culpability.
It’s Drug 101- Murray was scared to call the authorities because he knew the repercussions of alerting the authorities. That’s why he attempted to unsuccessfully resuscitate him before calling the medics. Conrad Murray, we bid you farewell- either you’re going to jail or loosing your license or both.
