How do I put this delicately? Lindsay Lohan needs help- and I’m usually the last person to pass judgment (who am I kidding) but when you’re pictured looking as atrocious as this, you need to put down the bottle and the straw and seek some help. I draw the line at partying when it makes you look like a distant cousin of Gollum!
