Lily Allen Is Chanel's New Face- shot by Karl Lagerfeld

I’m not entirely sure what to think about Lily Allen as the the new face of Chanel but I’m inclined to say that I think that Karl Lagerfeld should focus more on re-branding the image of Chanel rather than on his photography. I never thought I or anyone could utter the words Chanel, trashy and cheap in the same sentence but this is exactly what comes  to mind when I look at this travesty.

What’s happening Herr. Lagerfeld? First those comments about Heidi Klum being overweight followed by the highly insensitive ones regarding Seal’s skin condition- I’m certain that you know that he is afflicted with Lupus, you can’t be that oblivious. And now this - either  this is a joke in poor taste or you’ve actually lost your Midas touch. Whatever the case, it’s not funny- fix it!
