Perez and his Shiner

Perez and his Shiner

So yesterday, gossip columnist Perez Hilton- wait I retract that, Hilton is only a glorified blogger tweeted that he was assualted outside a Toronto nightclub by the manager of the Black Eyed Peas. Now, I am not the sort of person who condones violence but I must admit that in Hilton’s case I am surprised that the smackdown didn’t come sooner. Lets get one fact clear, I have nothing against you Perez but when you talk shit about people on a regular basis you need to be prepared for the eventual backlash. I learned this the hard way which is why hence forth I am going to have a bunch of goons with me in the future because very soon, I might be in the same situation that you were.

According to reports, the beatdown was instigated by an argument between “Guapo” and Fergie and Will.i.am at some point in the evening. It culminated in what led Hilton to report that he ”was assaulted by will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”  Eventually, a video was posted on his website, where he allegated that Polo Molina- the manager of the singer was the one who had attacked him. Oh, the horror! Molina subsequently turned imself into the Toronto police and has been charged with assualt.

Recap:
Now, I am no Sherlock Holmes but let us examine the facts- as mentioned earlier Perez spouts shit all the time and he doesn’t deny this. Do I believe that he got hit- absolutely! In response to his updates, Will.i.am issued the following statements  ”I didn’t hit you. I told you that I didn’t like the fact that you disrespected us. It’s cool to have your opinion. Instead of calling the police you twittered that I assaulted you. Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health”. I will go out on a limb here and agree with Peas on this issue. I and a few friends happened to be around them when they were on tour in Russia last year  and at no point whatsoever did I observe that any member of their entourage was belligerent enough to instigate a fight. Molina, has been charged with assualt and is due to appear in a Toronto court of law within the next few weeks.
Needless to say, provocation often results in retaliation. With that said, lets turn our attention to more relevant matters, such as whats going on in Iran and leave the glorified scuffles to those with nothing better to do.

.

Polo Molina is due to appear in court in Toronto on 5 August.
