Bill O'Reilly

For the last 5 years, I’ve had nothing but contempt for Bill O’Reilly and it appears that the sentiment shall continue unabated.  Whereas most media outlets have refrained from showing the actual Erin Andrews Peepshow Video, Bill O’Reilly in what he described as an investigation deemed it necessary to show parts of the video yesterday- thankfully it was blurred and brief. Nothing says investigative reporting like airing a tape to millions of viewers and the continued exploitation and embarrassment of the victim. Great sleuthing there O’Reilly, pity you’re not in charge of national security then all our problems would be solved.

O’Reilly aired part of the tape yesterday, saying sanctimoniously that

We’re not gonna show you anymore of that ladies and gentlemen…I gotta show you what they think is criminal intent here, but, you know, I’m not gonna show anymore video of it because this is ultra-disturbing and I think it’s a very serious crime.

What disturbs me is that people tune in to watch this hypocritical bastard on a daily basis. The man spews forth some of the most reprehensible garbage that I’ve ever heard and attempts to justify it. As such, our daily dose of douche goes to (cue crying babies) Bill O’Reilly for his contributions to ignorance.
