Beyonce

I’m probably going to catch a lot of crap for this but I felt it somewhat necessary to mention. Beyonce performed her hit single Halo to a little Australian girl named Chelsea who is suffering from leukemia.

Though touching, I have to say I find the entire thing rather morbid because Halo has been used by Beyonce as a tribute to Michael Jackson during her tour.

Furthermore, when the lyrics are sung to a child with a terminable disease it seems a tad inappropriate. Does anyone else feel this way too? I hope the performance wasn’t premeditated but I have a feeling it was.
